The mobile app is available to the following types of users:

Users created via billing. This user is created and added via the customer’s systems. Navigate to the Users documentation section to view details.

System users. This user is added by the administrator via the Administrator interface. Navigate to the Users documentation section to view details.

Subusers. This user is created by a user in their web interface if they have relevant permissions. Navigate to the Subusers section of the web client user guide.
