Camera statuses when viewing a case

When viewing an analytics case, you can track a list of associated events. Each camera icon of an event is color coded, meaning a camera’s current status.

Camera statuses

Camera status	Stream status	Color code	Condition
Active	Active	Green	There are permissions to use this camera.
Unavailable	Active	Red and the camera name is crossed out.	No permissions to use this camera.
Disabled	Active	Gray	Analytics processing from this camera is paused.
Removed	Active	Gray	Camera is removed from the analytics case settings.
Inactive	Inactive	Red	Camera replacement is in progress. Camera failure. Mediaserver error.
Unavailable	Inactive	Red and the camera name is crossed out.	The camera is removed from the system.

You can view the archived events for all the cameras regardless of the status.
