The mobile app user may report camera issues from the Cameras section on all the tabs: All cameras, Favorites, Camera groups. The message will be sent to the administrator, who maintains the system.
This option isn’t available for the Agent-integrated cameras. For details on how to manage these cameras, refer to the Manage an Agent-integrated camera documentation section.
To report a camera issue, follow the steps:

Select a camera and tap the context menu icon (⋮).

From the opened panel, select an option:

Tell us about camera problem.

Camera settings > Tell us about camera problem.

On the opened tab, select one of the issues to report:

Foreign objects in the lens

No sound
-
No picture
-
Interruptions in work
-
Swing mechanism defective
-
Select Send. Once the message is sent, you’ll see a notification.
